Not happy with their customer service. They sold me the wrong kind of E-juice (menthol).. And wouldn’t exchange for the right flavor. This is pretty sad when you spend a couple of hundred dollars every month. I have been shopping there for years. Now to look for another smoke shop!!

Won’t take your ID if you’re a young person trying to get something even if you are 22 years of age they still won’t sell to you don’t make any sense to me. All Andy ever is doing is playing his Xbox in the store while the other employees work with customers. Ridiculous management. Horrible establishment avoid at all costs!

It's a pretty cool place. Well maintained and well stocked. The guys there are pretty helpful. The employees there are all imprisoned behind plexiglass, so spend money here to help win their freedom.

I just went to there to try a product I have been excited to try but I was not super familiar with it. I talked to someone named Andy and he humbly and kindly too time to really explain everything about it and was extremely accommodating with my questions. I write reviews once in a while and it's when I come across a place that I feel is exceptional in it's class. This is an awesome smoke shop. The prices, the selection the staff A+

I stepped in with the intention of buying a battery for my current MOD but I fell in love with this Kitana. They helped me set this entire device up. If my filter burns out, they’ll replace it for me. All I need to worry about is PUFFING and they pretty much take care of the rest!
