The employees were very helpful through the moment you walk through the door, they made it extremely easy to find the gifts i was looking for. Would definitely recommend.

Company will not take returns even if the product is broken due to a manufacture defect even if it was the same employee that originally helped you because their coporate standards of procedure tie the wrists of their employees disallowing them to provide good customer service with integrity. They say that they are a local company and that because of that theyre products and customer service are somehow better however all this company cares about is making money off YOU the customer simply by selling poor quality prpducts sourced from china and refusing to give any money back after the sale

This store had a great selection and very helpful and knowledgeable staff. The glass is very reasonably priced; the CBD products, however I'd say they are on the higher end of price points.

I'm bought a vape set up last week, and the vape set up stop working. They would not return my vape, they said there is only a 3 day return policy. I wasted a lot of money. The girl who was working there was playing on her cell phone and could care less. I will never go back to this place. There are many better vape shops in the area. Don't be fooled.

Ive been to quite a few different vape shops, but going to Smokers Haven was by far THE BEST DECISION I EVER MADE! The staff are UNBELIEVABLE! Very knowledgeable, super helpful, and 2illing togo above and beyond! I walked in at 9:45pm on a week night they had three or four other ppl in the store but they were still110% willing to help me even though they were getting ready to close! Im going tomorrow too get another vape! And i cant wait! If i could give them. 10 stars they would get it!

They love selling non working disposables, check them before you exit store!! Also always grab receipt even if they ask if you want it or not. Without receipt they can’t fix the problem they created!

Has slot of things and the staff is good but they are pretty expensive.My medical store in Plymouth has a lot of different pipes and supplies at s very good price.
