I did a 2 second search on google for a "vape shop near me", since we were only in town briefly & on our way to the airport. We literally had no time to dilly-dally. And it was pretty early in the day ~ between 8-9am ~ I honestly didn't think I would find one that was open. But I was wrong! Smoker's Haven opens at 8am EVERY day & was less than a mile from the gas station we were at. The clerk was enormously helpful, and even told us about the "buy 3 bottles of e-juice & get 10% off", so if course we did that (we had to buy 2 anyway, and it's not like a 3rd one is going to go to waste!). I also glanced at the other reviews before deciding on this place and saw the numerous five star ratings -- that certainly helped make me feel comfortable about going to a place I'd never been to before. I highly recommend this to anyone who lives in the area or anyone visiting and needs vape supplies!

A little pricey, but all VAPE stores are unless you order your products online, Now that they have a sale box I’ll actually keep buying Juice from there & not feel like I’m getting ripped off! The employees are nice, especially this one girl... I don’t know her name but she always is so sweet and helpful!

the stock of glass items here can vary WIDELY from week to week, but it definitely has the biggest selection in the city. I came in once and it seemed like there were only $100+ pieces in the cases...I left empty-handed that day, but came back about a week later and there was a selection of reasonably priced and mid-range glass! So, can definitely be hit-or-miss but you'll find what you need in your price range if you can wait for it.

Good selection, decent prices... Staff not as friendly as I would expect from this kind of establishment. My patronage has shifted to the new location on the west side. Really I haven't had a bad experience, but I almost don't feel welcomed on So willow. Shout out to the crew at the old Dunks location! You're stepping it up!

Was helped by a beautiful girl named Danielle at the south Willow Street smokers haven ! She was very happy and always kept a smile on her face and answered my questions to the fullest being a first time vaper ! She was amazing ! Great store !

I have been going here for 3 years and they have been great. I bought a Smok vape pen and a box of coils. I was told that I could return within 7 days. I was not told that there were exceptions to the return. I tried to return them today, but since it worked and I was getting a hit (both were minimal), I could not get a refund. I could not even get a refund on the unopened coils (which was never opened) and could have been resold. The kit was $35...I guess you get what you pay for. Since there are other vape shops, I will take my business elsewhere. I can no longer recommend them.
