Smokers Haven is my go to store for all my smoking needs. This store is clean organized and accessible. The staff member tgat helpex wirh my shopping was courteous and knowledgeable. Special thanks to David M, who helped me find the right products and even introduced me to items I didn't know I needed. Overall this is a great store with great staff.

Always so accommodating. Massive collection. Variety of pieces. Also the staff is always knowledgable. Very smart business practice too for the local area. (They stay open late on the weekends!)

Bought a piece. It was the only one I was interested in throughout the store. When I went into the parking lot I tried blowing in it to see what kinda air flow it had. It had 0 airflow. I brought it back into the store within 2 mins of buying it. I couldnt get a refund. I was told I could either trade it out or they couldnt help me. I left the store with a 30 dollar piece I didmt want.....not customer friendly

I've spent hundreds at this store but I recently changed stores. While this store does have a good stock of glassware and a decent stock of vapor equipment, I can't recommend this store because their e-liquid stock is subpar and their customer service is a major bugbear. Most of the workers there are seriously undereducated on the products the store sells, and some show a level of apathy that would get you fired as a clerk in most other stores.
If you want a new pipe, this is a fine store. But if you want decent customer service, good e-fluid, or are new to vaping and want a good recommendation on what to buy, dear god don't go there. In that regard there are much betters stores to go to in the immediate area.

I Love this place, the staff is great but sarah(?) is my favorite she is very helpful, answers all ur questions and is very patient with the customers. I honestly will not go anywhere but here.... But they need to get a better variety of box mods and tanks.

I like the store,setup,juices and the two guys that work there. I hate the owners sell em something and get them out as fast as possible. Dont help them at all and be on your phone all day (the female employees ). Ive spent hundreds of dollars there recently, but no longer after today. I saw a guy buy a 50 dollar vapr stick and they wouldnt even help him rig it up or even help him choose a flavor, ridiculous. They said that the owner feels like it takes up other customers time. We were the only ones in the shop. The girl that wouldnt help the customer with flavors, carries a satchel of juices with her at all times with about 20-30 bottles. If they want to act like a corporation then i wont do business with them

Very helpful and positive experience. I went in for cbd salve. I've been searching high and low to find some for a while now. I hurt my neck a few days ago now and have been looking for a salve. I didn't catch the girl's new that helpede but she was very patient and friendly. She helped me find exactly what I needed. I got a 900 mg cbd cream. I'm the first to try it. Yes it does work. 🙏🏼 thank you for the help.
