I have Been here a few times in the last month, I came in today with a very unusual problem. The unit I purchase had a very rare malfunction. Lol at first the associate was baffled and was apprehensive to an exchange. How ever the sales associate named SARAH was extremely professional, when going over the issues, she understood and exchanged the item.

I used to love going here until the new manager showed up, she's just terrible, been going there for 15 plus years you just lost a loyal customer for not doing a exchange, policy didn't change until new manager there so fire her then I'll be back.... If not I'm going else where

bought a faulty elf bar from here, once I got home it started heating up and leaking gross juice, I called and they said the manager will be in tomorrow, so I came back the next day to replace this broken device and they say, “oh there’s nothing we can do for you” so that left me out of 25$, if you need reliability this isn’t the place.

I had a great experience at this location tonight! This lovely girl named Katie was very knowledgeable and friendly and made sure I knew all about the product I intended to purchase! Lots of greats products and reasonable prices and the store was very well kept. Robyn, Monica, Josh and Sarah are all very friendly as well! All around great experience, I would definitely recommend this store for everyone!
