This place was awesome and had a bit of ecerything in it. The staff were super helpful and it was enjoable to watch the glass making in the back. Lastly, the aromas they carried were nice.

Young kid in there who was well spoken, knowledgable, super patient, and kind. What else do you want? As he said "He gets paid by the hour, not by the pipe." So he has no problem just shooting the breeze with you and looking at glass. Nice mix of basic pipes to custom glass.

Good Products was the only reason I gave a star, plus Google wouldnt let me. If I had murdered your staff and went to prison, I'd still be treated better in prison than by one of your employees. I came in for one simple thing, costing 7 bucks, and was looked at like a criminal the whole time. Emporium is lucky I needed the item ASAP and it was a holiday or I would of walked right back out. Absolutely ridiculous, the one shop that serves customers looking for stress relief, actually induced more stress. Another Customer Lost.

I will never go here again. They took forever to buzz me in cuz I didn't look the "part" then the blonde woman was rude to me. But nobody asked me if they could help me while I stood at the counter waiting for 5 minutes. Too expensive and terrible customer service. Won't be returning.
