Bought some batteries that malfunctioned and blew up in my pocket, causing 2nd to 3rd degree burns On my right leg. When I tried to get information about it, the owner of the store was comepletely non-complicit and refused to bring up my reciept, not even offering to help with medical bills or anything. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE THEY HAVE SHOWN THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS along with overpricing alot of their products. It has been over a year and yet, they have to help with anything

Need to order more juices! I've been going for over 2yrs and now they decide to not order the juice I've been vaping. But introduce something new...smh, that I dont like. My points I accumulate can never be redeemed because their system is always down🙄 not cool. I hate to establish my vaping needs somewhere else🤦🏾♀️

Re-rated, as time goes on this place has become something else than it once was. A small hole in the wall shop where you had to be buzzed in to be treated rudely, to now. A fantastic clean open shop with very knowledgeable and helpful staff!! Well done folks at Emporium! I shall return soon.

Purchased stigs from this store and they were either dead within a day or as soon as I took them out of the package. Was told to contact manufacturer and when I did I found out that the product was not authentic. I purchased authentic per the manufacturers website and the packaging was different and the stig lasted me a MONTH.

Was initially satisfied after visiting store. Purchased Bliss bl-015 vaporizer. after getting home and using for about 20 min it stopped working, called store to see if i could get new one and i was told i had a two month warranty with the company that made it. So after purchasing a product and using it for 20 min, i have to pay to send it across country and hope i get back a working unit. Great! Thanks Emporium for standing by your products. This makes me think they knew it was junk!

They have some nice glass but everything is super high-priced and almost everything could have equivalents found for cheaper elsewhere... They have a sic dish for $140 that I found online for $10 shipped for example
