Came to get a replacement glass, and was pleased by the selection. I thought the prices were fair for the quality and variety. I was able to get what I needed and felt like I walked away with nice glassware.I also signed up for their loyalty program and immediately saw its benefits after my transaction. I had a problem with an order and they were quick and courteous in response! It cemented my experience as an overall positive one and I’m looking forward to making emporium my one stop shop!

Employee notice that i was smelling candles but did not even acknowledge me until i asked for assistance then acted as if i was aggressive. I came into this establishment to spend money, unfortunately i was not treated with respect. It was as if myself and my wift was unwelcome.

Most of the people from morning till 3-4 absolutely do not care about customer service they want to get you in and out
If a customer that they know better (I usually go 5 or later) comes in they drop everyone else and take care of that customer and forget about anyone else

My roommate and I found ourselves looking to make a substantial purchase, so we came in around closing time on a busy Friday night. It took a little bit for someone to help us, as there were multiple customers in line, but Brittney (sorry if I spelled it wrong) was so informative and helpful, we were able to leave more than satisfied and confident with our purchase. Multiple employees working and not a single one can be bothered to say hello. Heaven forbid if you don’t have a mask, they jump you. Sorry to say I drove hours to check out this place to be disappointed by subpar customer service.
