I went in and bought a scale. It didn't work when I got home. Came back to "Exchange" it for the same one. Employee walked over to the scales and tried to find one that was in working condition. They all had the same issue and were defective. So I asked for another model. We went to register to pay but she called the owner/boss to get the OK. Not OK, no returns, no exchanges, no excuses. Wish they told me that before they checked all of them and wasted my time. Or maybe have the return policy on the receipt. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Cheap products that are overpriced. I'm 6'4" and never got raped by a 5'4" girl in my life until today. I feel violated. Lesson learned
