Horrible shop. Owner called to ask question regarding store credit for unsatisfactory product, but patronage not valued after spending over $200 in 24 hours. Not a store I would encourage anyone to spend their hard-earned cash; especially, when you haven't left the premises with the product you are asking to exchange.

Bought a hookah from this store. A month later it cracked while cleaning it. Leaked water so much it didn't keep the pipe inside submerged. They refused to exchange it, all they did was offer a 5% discount on another hookah.
Edit: Look at the owner's responses to bad reviews. He insults everyone, says their bad experience is their fault, and doesn't offer anything to help them. He says my review is "FAKE" after his response backs up what I said.
If you're just looking to spend a few dollars on some papers or a cheap pipe, this place is fine. But don't waste your money on any big purchases.
