On May 21, 2021 I went to the one loves smoke shop on Cobb Drive. I took my e-cigarette apart and showed the employee the atomizer that I needed. He gave me the box and said this is the one. I paid for it and I left. A short time later I try to put the new atomizer in my e-cigarette and it was too big. I immediately called the Cobb Drive one love the smoke shop and the guy told me he would have to talk to his boss who’s name is pre. He told me he would call him and call me right back. Six hours go by and he never called me back I was there at 11:30 and now it is 6:07 PM. I called the Concorde one love smoke shop to get the phone number of pre-the woman wanted to know why I wanted to talk to pre-. I told him my dilemma she told me they do not refund I told it was the employees fault he gave me the wrong atomizer after I showed him the one I had in my e-cigarette.She told me it’s company policy no refunds I told her not when it’s an error from your company. I did not point to the atomizer and want that one I asked him to give me the one according to what I was holding in my hand and he saw exactly what I had. He gave me the wrong box and now I have to eat the money it’s only $21 but it’s the principle of the thing. The store has no integrity nobody wants to do the right thing. So my advice to you is if you go to the store make sure what you buy is exactly what you want and need because If you get the incorrect item due to the employees fault they still would not reimburse you they will not reimburse you under any circumstance. I will never shop there again. So in other words they lose a customer for $21 this is how stupid they are.

A confession to start: I honestly thought they stood behind their products. That's my fault.....Having said that
THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND ANYTHING THEY SELL. I learned that today when I bought a product there for $47 dollars after having the last 3 cheaper models die on me. The previous were purchased there, so naturally the store suggested a better model. 15 mins later I was back explaining that the product did not work at all. I was told there was a law or something blocking any help and that I would have to take it up with the manufacturer myself. I indicated that I didn't know of a law that says you can't take something off or discount given the situation....Nope The law has spoken.
My take away from this is BUY ONLINE.....

The clothes I wear aren't weaved in the department store. They are manufactured offsite.
The car I drive was not assembled at the dealership. They are manufactured offsite.
My cellphone was not constructed at Sprint. They are manufactured in china. (specifically Guangdong...the same place as the cheap Vape you sold me)
I'd be hard pressed to come up with nearly anything sold locally that isn't manufactured elsewhere.
