I have always had a phenomenal experience at One Luv. From papers, to pieces, to vapes, to cigars they are by FAR the most knowledgeable and helpful associates I’ve ever dealt with in regards to this industry (or retail in general) Definitely worth stopping in even if it’s to have a chat. I go from clueless to feeling very informed on products every single visit. Do yourself a favor and visit my friends at One Luv.

These stores should not be called One Love. There is NOTHING that exhibits anything related to love, brotherhood or anything related to that song! Big joke! My husband and I just left the sister store on South Cobb where we had the worst customer service I've ever seen in any place of business, only to come to this location and be stopped at the door and told only one person allowed in the store. On top of that I had to be the one to say hi when we walked in while he looked at us like we were crazy coming in there before telling us only one person. We are husband and wife and we had masks and gloves on. Once again ready to spend around $300, but turned away. At a time like this when so many businesses are suffering you would think they would be grateful to still be working and show it in their customer service. This was our first time in either location and it was such an unwelcoming event right at the door. There's too much competition in and around Atlanta to be treated this way. Your employees need to be trained better and held to a higher standard.

My points were lost when they switched systems as well as a few other issues. However, Pre, the owner, says he is adding my old points from the previous system and correcting the problem with point accumulation on the new system. Each and every time there has ever been an issue with anything that the staff can't handle, Pre calls me personally to make it right, just as he did last night. Great customer service by the staff and owner. Greg and Pre especially. Thank you
