I wouldnt choose another smoke shop to go to. Always great service and amazing experience everytime i visit. Highly recommend stopping by and checking out the amazing pieces. High quality and up to standerds. Tyler is usually the guy thats in there while i visit most the time and hes always polite and knows his stuff. Great people great shop great vibes. I just have great things to say about this shop and the people who work there. 5 outta 5 stars but they surpass that in standards and customer care. Keep up the good work guys.

Very helpful, professional, honest, knowledgeable sales team. We went to another shop in town that totally tried to rip us off, so it was refreshing to come here after that experience. Very pleased with their service.

Went in today to purchase a battery to replace the damaged one that I had. They showed me the replacement batteries I told him what kind of coil I was using And they handed me an adjustable battery and also a battery charger.I attach the battery to my coil and it didn’t work it shut down I went back gentleman handed me another it did not work. Third time to hand me a different type of battery non adjustable and it as well did not work.He stared to show me other rigs but seemed less then sure of what he was dealing with. So I just asked for a return. At which time the gentleman start acting funny and immediately went help another customer with a very upset look on his face I felt like maybe I had skip someone so I waited patiently after he was done with them he said look dude I can’t return those at that time I had a battery in my hand that cost less than the one that I originally purchased he handed me another battery that was close to the one I had purchased not the one i had and reassure me he himself could not return my cash money not credit cash! If the return policy is because I had left and returned why was there no issue with the two other items that are now up for resale that I had left the store with and returned ...poor attitude very poor salesmanship and all-around poor experience. If the gentleman attitude was one of an good store keeper then maybe a sorry And a short reason why he could not return my money but hey for just ten twenty more we could get you a pin up and running to hold you over ......Should’ve kept my money at sweetleaf tobacco I regret deeply deeply Not just going to sweetleaf!!!

Been vaping since the start, been to shops all over Florida and I stopped in this one on my way upstate because my coil died and I only a mesh coil can suffice once you try one. Whoever helped me sorry forgot your name. Was fantastic , his knowledge was top tier and wasted no time getting me what I wanted. I really was looking for some new goods and I have to say I've never left a vape shop more satisfied with my all around experience. Awsome shop , go here first.

They have a very nice selection. The store is clean, and seems to be very well-maintained. Today was my first time visiting the store, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The issue I have however is that upon checkout today, they had a display of Buck Naked Disposable E Hookah at the counter/register. There were two watermelon flavored, and one coffee flavored left. I was drawn to it because of it being coffee flavored. The coffee flavor one has zero nicotine in it.

The female cashier didn't tell me until after I had purchased it that I should make sure it worked because "there have been a few duds" in their display.

So I opened and tested it in front of her, and low and behold it did not work. 😑 She then told me to test another one. But I don't really like watermelon flavored things, and I told her this. I also told her that I didn't want anything with nicotine in it. She informed me that none of the E Hookahs had nicotine in them. So when she told me this, I assumed the 18mg printed on the side of the watermelon one just meant that it had a strong taste to it, since she stated this after I had showed her that it had 18mg written on it.

I tried the watermelon, and it worked. I told her again that I didn't like the flavor though, and that I just wanted my money back for it since they didn't have anymore coffee flavors left that worked. She told me that they don't accept refunds, but that she could exchange it for a new coffee flavored one when the manager is there because she didn't have access to where the stock is locked up, and that the manager isn't there today.

This irritates me, because I would not have chanced buying it if I knew they had received so many duds, but she didn't tell me any of this until after she received my payment.

After getting home, I started feeling a little light headed, and then I threw up. I went on my computer to look this product up, and found that the watermelon has a HIGH amount of nicotine in it. This is what made me sick. My body cannot tolerate any amount nicotine well. It makes me very sick.

If it wasn't for this issue, my review would have been 5 stars, but I think this was grossly negligent, because she told me that it had no nicotine in it, and there's absolutely no excuse for this. You should not make claims about a product that you are selling if you don't really know. You should be informed and know what you are selling, especially in a place like this that sells a specific kind of merchandise.

The only good thing about this place is that they’ll sell to people under 21. The rest of the time you’re there, it’s mostly just girls who don’t know anything about e-cigs, and they just want the interaction to be over so they can sit on their phones and scroll tik-tok. If you have another option, take it.

Went in to get a puff bar two girls were so worried about there own conversation rather than a customer, lady inside didn't even ask me what I would like or offered suggestions like a regular business owner should as a self employed business owner it's sad to see way things are ran here oh yeah also spent 30 some dollars for this puff bar that doesn't even work will be calling bank to get my money back and dispute this charge.

Clean, good prices..friendly atmosphere

Very unprofessional male employee running around the store barefoot. Ask him to check me out as I was done shopping and ignored me. After repeated attempts to check out, left my items (over a hundred dollars in purchases) on the counter and walked out.. He was very rude. He was to busy socializing with a buddy. Won't be back. Took my money to another shop.
