One of the most basic things an employee In a smoke shop should know is the size of the bowl.. She tried convincing me it was 14mm when it was clearly an 18mm .. She said if it doesn't work bring it back and return it .. I made her pinky promise to be cute about it and make sure she took it back if it didn't work. I reluctantly take the 18mm home and bring it back in less than 20 minutes it was obviously the wrong size. This stupid blonde lady who promised she would return it , now claims there are no returns and only "exchanges " . I couldn't even return my unused glass when she promised I could. The U smoke shop might be a tiny bit pricier but the employees are a lot more knowledgable about there products. Do not make the mistake to shop here for glass or anything

Was my favorite place .... but unfortunately don’t know how to keep clients happy .... one of the products damage the same day I used and don’t even care to make a client happy .... and exchange.... not cool ... you people need to learn how keep clients happy .... don’t recommend this place ... never coming back you will never have my money ....
