I was completely taken by surprise when I was attended so gracefully by Kim the second I walked into the store. A great energy that definitely wants me to come back and shop for more vapor juice and other goodies. Definitely will return to experience a similar encounter in the future.

I had a great experience over at the Coral Gables Vape & Smoke Shop. Renae and Sarah helped me throughout my visit and were extremely kind and knowledgeable. During my visit both Renae and Sarah were there to pick out the best piece that works for me even though I am extremely picky. Even on a busy day like today they were both able to hold the store down whether it was just me in there or a crowd. Ive been here before and my experience went well. They have a ton to offer. However. They didnt know much about it and they dont share prices over the phone and when you live in miami and think about going to a store over ordering online you accept a small upcharge and alot of traffic. So you want to know that the price youll pay is reasonable. Because of this i beleive they dont provide very good customer service. In their hope to combat other stores they forget its about the customer.
