I’ve never had a bad experience, the staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and the shop is unique in comparison to other smoke shops. Kim was very helpful in deciding my new glass piece and I’m very satisfied with my purchase as usual. My only complain? The fact that they don’t have some sort of tip jar, I feel like I can’t ever thank them enough for their impeccable service
