Called in on the phone to ask about the price of juul pods. Couldn't be a more basic question. You sell goods, I just want to know the price. They told me they did not discuss "prices over the phone". They were short and rude. I hung up out of shock. So customers just have to trek their way out to the shop and possibly get robbed with some insane, fluctuating price? 1 star customer service and basic business practices.

some how ended up with 3 burnt puffbars in a row. Idk if they are selling fake ones or what. I tried to return one but they are such sticklers about their (no refund after 24 hours) policy. They had some deal running so they ended up selling me 2 new ones for a discount. I thought I got a good deal until I found that both of these products were defective.
TLDR - just go somewhere else for vape in miami. There are so many other places around here don't bother with this place.

This is an awesome little shop! They have a great selection of vape juices, incense and even snacks and candy. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable, Gina is a vape expert and helped me find everything that I was looking for, I highly recommend checking it out.
