ehh has what you would need from a smoke shop i guess just a little over priced and they have a no return policy on items they randomly decide they dont want to take back and a return policy on items they randomly decide they will exchange or maybe its just whos working at the time. ive been here many times so i dont hate the place i think it really just depends on who is working at the time. my last experience here though is the reason for my low rating due to the fact that i requested, pointed out and stated several times that i wanted a specific item and in the end was given the wrong item and i purchased it not realizing until i got in the car only a few minutes later and they wouldn't do a return or even exchange so i wasted 25.00 on an item that i literally still have sitting in its original box at home...

Every time I come into trend they are the nicest towards everyone and I feel so comfortable with the surrounding of the place. I usually come here for all my vape needs and they always have the best prices for everything. I love it trend.

Great little shop, huge selection of vape gear and accessories. I bought a butane torch and the gentleman working exchanged it even though I didn't ask for an exchange and refused to let me pay any amount. Great experience will definitely be back.

Excellent customer service from these brothers that work here. They went above and beyond to help us and answer questions. Replaced the coil on my vape and was so pleasant and talkative. Definitely recommend this smoke shop

3rd time I was back here for a dud lighter that I've purchased 4 times over. Different colors, different types , same brand all nom working. I guess it's non refundable the minute after one leaves the premises. I won't be back here unfortunately.

Do not shop here, they do not stand behind the product they sell. If you buy something there that doesnt work its on you.. go eslewhere, oh yeah not to mention they just lost a customer that is there every week.... take care of the ones that consistently buy there because your shop is not the cheapest!
