Got carded thats awesome to see following the laws. Friendly sales associate with detailed product information and comparison to other options. Was able to answer all questions. Prices were more than fair for quality products and not over priced!!!

They don't know their products. You ask for concentrate stuff and he brings liquid stuff. And first assumes you want them filled and not to fill like I asked for. Then I let him over sell me on a whole new system when all I wanted was a new coil but they don't sell those. Go somewhere that knows their stuff.

I was the very first customer to walk in the door the day this little place opened, and I will always always return for anything I ever need. This guy is awesome (and he's not hard on the eyes either, lol) I always feel welcome in the store, and he really wants the customers to be satisfied. Like another review says, he really is beyond the standard in customer service. He actually stops whatever he's doing, to take care of what you need. I've never had to wait around. He's extremely knowledgeable on absolutely everything he carries at the shop, he vapes himself and he understands what you're wanting. He recently sold me my first mod, it was exactly what I needed, and I love it! At a lot of the other shops I've been to before I found this shop, they didn't even vape themselves, they have no idea what anything is. This guy knows what he's doing, and if you ever have any questions or problems he'll take the time to help you, show you how things work, make sure you understand. I find the prices are very reasonable, the juices are always tasty and mid-price (the Turkish Morning juice is soooo good), and you won't regret coming here to support this awesome little shop.

Dopest shop in town. Adam is a cool dude who knows his products inside and out and is always doing everything he can for his customers. His staff is great and the prices are as good as any shop I've been to, anywhere, not just Phoenix.

Great first time going in the owner was very cool and informative on what i was looking at. I was able to get i think a great deal on a water pipe and some other accessories. 121.00 with tax well spent. They have everything there. Will be going back thank you!

This is by far My favorite Smoke Shop, The first time I walked into the store I was going to buy a pack of cigarettes and at the same time looking for a option to stop smoking..I know that sounds crazy but it's true...lol.. That's when the guys gave me a option for a Vape...That was almost 2 years ago and I never smoked another cigarette again

Loving this smoke shop!!! They have some real unique items here, they are EXTREMELY well organized & therefore fully stocked all the time, & all of the employees are super friendly!!

I purchase a battery for my cartridges here about 3 weeks ago. I go home about 45 away. Battery does not work. I tried to
return today the bearded kid says no returns. I did not see a sign stating that. I want my money back.

Went in to buy something very specific and they had it, but it was a bit more expensive then other smoke shops. Bought it, took it home and it didn’t work. Took it right back and the owner/manager refunded it and apologized immediately. Great customer service would recommend to anyone in the area.

I had a horrible experience with my multiple trips to this store. New to vaping and went to the nearest store to pick one up. Owner was indeed very friendly and told me what he portrayed as good information for beginners. Made my purchase and much to my surprise the device I just spent $85 on (the owner called it a steal) only cost $14 at Every other shop I checked. Not to mention the item I bought was missing several parts that come from the manufacturer and I was given a tank that was not comparable with the battery in the unit. This man could have literally killed me just to make a buck if the unit exploded. No returns, refunds, or exchanges. If you are looking to spend money, I urge you, please do not spend your money here.
