I’ve frequented this shop regularly to support a local ahwatukee business. Have spent thousands of dollars here. Recently went in to buy a new torch for dabbing on the go, only had it for two days and when I went to fill it with more butane it was defective. I returned to the shop where I am constant consumer who spent so much with them. I told them of the issue that the torch they sold me was a lemon and I was told by the owner, they would not exchange it and that I should buy a new one. You sold me a defective product and told me to spend more. What horrible customer service and very shistey. No integrity and they have lost a good loyal customer. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this shady shop and shady owner.

Glad it's there but the vapes are way too expensive. Conveniently located on a corner so parking is usually fairly easy.

I absolutely love this smoke shop! My my husband and I our loyal customers here not just because it is in our neighborhood but because of the excellent selection, prices and customer service. Ian is awesome, he has helped me out quite a few times both with issues relating to my purchase as well as selecting products to battle a personal issue, he has a twin brother that works there as well who was for a. Of time I go to guide to fill my stubborn torch. The owner is really good about recognizing a loyal repeat customers and offering discounts often without even being asked to do so.

Super nice folks. I though I knew what I was doing but was nonetheless having a sub-par experience. I went into Trend Smoke & Vape and the whole team gave me a masterclass. I was using an obsolete tank system and--unlike what I thought--the dripping I was experiencing had nothing to do with a poor seal. I left with a new tank and a full and tasty puff of smoke. I'll definitely come back.
