We always have a great experience here. The staff is knowledgeable and extremely friendly! Pricing is super competitive, and they even have great deals on select items, just look for the tags! Definitely worth a visit!

Great selection. They always have good stock of all your head shop needs and at very competitive prices. We buy chargers here during the holidays for whooped cream on pie. I guess many local chefs get their supply here too, as this shop has very clean brands.

The first time me and my boyfriend went in we ended up leaving with a few things, such as a torch, a nectar collector and a quartz banger. The gentleman helping us at that time was pleasant and answered any questions we had. Unfortunately, the glass on the tip of the nectar collector had severely cracked right after the first use, so we tried to go back not even a couple hours later to the shop to get it returned or exchanged to which the new set of workers rudely told us that that was not allowed and that “next time we should just buy a better product”. They also told us that it was bound to break anyway with how the separate pieces of the collector worked together, which we were not informed of the first time. Not only were we not told about the no return or exchange policy, but no solutions were offered to try to help us out in the slightest.

I'm going to say 99% of the time I go in here, they don't have what I want. But that forces me to try new things so I can't really hate on it. The staff is alright. They seem to only wait on one person at a time. A simple "I'll be right with you!" while working the floor, an amp of cheerful energy, and some relatable music could take this place further. I mean, ya work at a smoke shop, vibe with it!

The owner was very friendly and patient, he didn't BS me on quality or price, more than happy to spend $5 extra dollars to support a great business owner. Showed me all the stuff about vaping and coils... Broke everything down for a newby to understand. Tested all the popular flavored and I'm cigarette free since I went there. Great business recommend it to everyone!

I've lived in Ahwatukee for 30 years. I had never seen Trend Smoke and Vape sitting in that plaza. It's hidden to traffic by the restaurant. Now that I know it's there, I'll definitely be back!
