Went there yesterday to get some CBD. Great customer service from Josh! Very helpful and even recommended another product for my pain. Yes, it’s a little pricy, but it’s worth the results. Very friendly staff. This store definitely has my business for CBD and I will gladly tell others to shop there. Thank you for an awesome experience.

Airway Vapor Lounge has by far the most welcoming and friendly environment out of the multiple locations! And a HUGE shout out to Lee! He is always on top of his game, he's for sure my favorite person at any location. He takes the time to really get to know his costumers and recognizes immediately, already knowing or having an idea of what they're going to ask for. Heck he even helped me get my car to start after he closed! Super helpful! If only there was an employee of the month! Haha 😁

They have killer service, relaxing atmosphere willing to help you and give you great advice. I live in Seattle and make plan trips down there, I am getting into building my own coils and didn't have much knowledge, called right on down to vapor lounge and talked to Logan. He gave me excellent advice and was very honest what would be good for me and my box mod. Didn't judge me for not knowing anything about them and he said I would like to save you some money and be knowledge rather just making a sale I like being honest which this is so hard to come by now a days and heir selection on e juice is amazing! It's hard to find juice sense I am so picky and always want super good fruit or candy flavors, they pointed me in the right direction of I didn't like one they said no problem let's try something else. They have outstanding customer service and trust that's huge to me thanks guys!

The crew at Airway heights vapor lounge is absolutely amazing! They always help me find the right product for me & they actually care about how I feel as a customer! Jenny always has great recommendations for devices, Caleb & James always help me find the perfect flavors! Overall, they do a fantastic job out here & I consider them as friends. They just make a great environment that much better!

I cannot recommend this place enough. I haven't gone through to see any negative comments, if there are any, but my experience for the three times going in has been amazing. It was clear to me that if I had any problems to bring it in, if it can't be fixed they'll replace it. I didn't anticipate having any issues but once I did, they stayed true to their word. I am not a huge vaper so I know little to none about the products functions. They will walk you through everything you need to know. All staff members are amazing and a huge help. If you have any vape needs, this is your place. Only con is that you won't find 80 walls filled of juice, but the juice they sell seems to be top of the line.

I've had some problems finding my flavor of vape juice due to shipping/stocking problems caused by coronavirus. I called the store to see if they had any in stock, when they were out of stock they called two or three other stores to find it for me. They found it and totally impressed me with how much they did to help. This was at approximately 9:40 AM on Jun 13 in case you want to give them a raise. Thanks guys

I have nothing but praise for the workers at the Vapor Lounge in Airway Heights. The crew there is not only extremely friendly, but very knowledgeable about products and the vaping industry. They are very easy to talk to and offer solid advice regarding hardware and juice. I'd like to see more inventory, but I understand the cost in keeping a large stock on hand. The items they offer are a great range from beginners just trying to kick "the habit" to full fledged cloud chasers. Always a joy to stop in when we are passing by.

So i had an issue with a profile tank that was leaking horribly. It was purchased at that Vapor Lounge store. Needless to say that a 25 day old tank leaks and they will not do anything about it and id have to buy a new tank. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I will never ever use another Vapor Lounge store.
