I used to go into the store all the time I was faithful I never went anywhere else until they all of a sudden started not having what I needed and every time I go in there they don't have what I needed and I have to find it someplace else and I finally found a place online where I can get everything that I want I will not be going back

Got a vape pin from this place and when I got home it gave me about 5 puffs and then quit working, won't charge or nothing even if I would have tried it at the store and it worked fine it would have stopped working just after I got home now they will do nothing to help so have fun with them.....

In the beginning I had a bad experience but in the 9 inning they made things right! I will be returning for that cucumber watermelon menthol juice! Yummy

Awesome customer service, and so thankful for curbside pick up. I wish i remember her name.. Dana? She was awesome and upbeat and no questions asked helped me with my purchase from my car because I had a back seat full of kids I am not comfortable leaving alone in the car.

One of the best vape shops by far. The staff are all very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They all keep it real with you, which is something that, for me, takes a business to a whole other level of awesome. The selection of juices, mods, tanks, and disposables are fantastic. Not quiiiteee as plentiful as other stores, but fantastic nonetheless.
Not once, in my VAST number of visits, have I left dissapointed. At least not with vapor lounge itself.
I have bought a couple dissapointing pod devices, however, its not vapor lounge's fault. They dont have a crystal ball to tell you how reliable a new line of products will be 6 months from now.
Nonetheless, amazing store. Amazing people. Will continue to be my favorite vape shop in the spokane area.
And that goes for ALL vapor lounges.
