Outstanding experience everytime I walk in. I dont think I've had to ask for what I wanted in almost a year. They just know and grab it for me. Amazing and kind staff always willing to help and educate. I send my own customers over here if I can't help them with what they are looking for.

I went in here yesterday May 15th 2022, and a very nice guy named Rob helped me. At least I think that’s what his name was. I had never owned or bought any vaping related products before so I was VERY new to everything. He took the time to find out what exactly the experience I was looking for (more flavor over nicotine etc) and helped me get the right box mod and tank for just that. Got me a good deal on juice and answered all my questions. Educated me on my product. That’s my first experience here and definitely won’t be my last. I’ll be coming back here from here on out for all my vaping needs. Rob was AWESOME and never once judged me for not knowing what I was getting. And he expressed to me that he actually enjoyed getting new comers like myself and teaching them the basics

The staff here always a eems happy and I see the same people every time, which leads me to believe they treat their employees well. Ruthi is EXTREMELY helpful, she got me a mod from a different store same day and she picked the perfect tank to match. Her flavor recommendation was perfect. She even help me setup and troubleshoot my mod with ease. The team has always been super clean, kind and helpful. Love this place

I’ve been to a few shops and other Vapor Lounge’s but the Airway Heights location is the best one! Very friendly and helpful staff, big fan of Lee! They helped me trouble shoot fixing my mod instead of just immediately upselling, and I ended up fixing and getting a backup tank anyways! Thanks guys!

I went in to get vape and rob was the most helpful lad I have ever met, very professional, even had his shirt tucked in and everything 10/10 would recommend going to this location just to have this young man service you. I will be going back.

I bought a device from this store and within a week it quit working, I called and spoke with the manager who told me it was on my account and I could bring it in and exchange under the manufacturers warranty. When I got to the store that night the gentleman that helped me was rude from the start and told me he was training and couldn't do anything about it without a physical receipt, I told him I had called in earlier and was told because it was under my account I didn't need a receipt. He then began to become ruder to me and said it wasn't under my account. I was told it was he started arguing with me. I have never been treated with such bad customer service in my life, I have done all of my business with this location and to be treated like this makes me never want to go there again. I wasn't even try to get money back or anything just an exchange.

I had a small issue with a vape I purchased. They told me to hang on to the receipt in case I wasn’t 100% satisfied. I went back with that and they let me switch it out for one that works perfectly and looks way cooler. Their customer service was great.

This place is awesome! Its the only place i will go to! The associates are friendly, its welcoming. Jenny has been super awesome to work with. I was contemplating changing my mod box and she was very knowledgeable about the mod box that i wanted to get. She took the time to show me how to set up the box, how to charge the batteries and even make sure everything worked before i left the store. I will always come to this place for any of my needs for my box mod. Jenny is the gal to talk to and ask about the different items they sell. Her personality is amazing, she is friendly and was even willing to chat about other things. Once again amazing vape store and amazing person. Thank you for the great customer service provided today!
