Very good selection of everything! Nice bongs, nice wraps, mango juul pods!! Everyone should come shop at Burnout! The owner is very very nice and very helpful. As well as his wife is so kind. Come support Burnout!

Selection is better than EVERY other shop in the area. The store is super clean, organized, and stocked. Better yet, the owner is a great guy...always has a smile and appreciates me as a customer which is why I have been back.
The pricing is better than alot of the other smoke shops I have been to. HIs store has authentic JUUL pods...he helped figure out what was wrong with some bad JUUL pods. Best Smoke Shop in MLT/Lynnwood/Shoreline area!

Nice selection. Knowledgable staff. Large -were majority of the pieces were master glass which isn't illuminati but is way better than Chinese no name mass produced pieces!!! He has all the Juul pods including mango!!!

I spent my last $3 this morning on a lighter. It stopped working after an hour. I came back later and tried to exchange it? He took it from me, tested it for himself and clearly saw it wouldn't light despite having plenty of fuel. Then he said, I'm sorry, we don't do exchanges.
So why bother testing it? I let him keep it as I clearly had no use for it. If a store is happy to sell faulty product and not do anything to make it right, then I have no need to spend any more money there. Smoke shops are a dime a dozen, I'll go where the employees aren't content to swindle.
Premium Cigars and Pipes a couple miles further up 99 has always taken care of me. I'll be driving the extra few minutes from now on.

I work at the dealership across the street from burnnout smoke. The owner and his wife are genuinely nice ppl.
He is very knowledgeable and has huge selection of products as well. If he doesnt have what you are looking for, He will go get it and have it back at the store for you withing a couple days.
Most importantly is that he treats each and every customer like they are the most important part of his day. He has earned my buisiness and I will remain a loyal customer as long as burnout stays open for business.
