He knows me by my name, knows my story and asks how I’m doing every time I go in there. I had him special request a hookah for me and he bought and brought it to his store for me to pick up. Very cute shop with great selections for all kinds of smoking needs. When I went there were quite a few customers in the store and only one employee. He was extremely helpful and managed to get to everyone in a timely, professional, and kind manner. I'll definitely be back!
