I have been vaping a particular brand of juice for many years. When I could no longer buy it directly from the manufacturer, due to the federal change in law, the owner of Burnout arranged to accept it on my behalf so I could continue to get it. I went into the store masked and purchased my coils and juice. The next month I went in, he remembered me and what I vaped and the coils I use for my mod. Every month I go in, he remembers what I get. Amazing customer service. I can't believe he recognizes me, still masked, and the products I use without ever having to ask for them.

I took my nephew from Utah in last weekend and the guy (doh...I didn't get his name =/) was super friendly and helpful! He spent a ton of time answering questions and just generally putting up with us =) This is a new shop so they definitely deserve a chance to show what they've got!

This place has everything you need, if they don’t have it he can get it for you in a decent amount of time. Super clean and organized, you can find everything really easy. The most genuine happy solid customer service. If it’s in your area I would recommend coming here, you won’t be let down.
