If I could give this store less than one star, I would! They would not know true quality if it bit them in the butt. They are extremely rude and the owner much to my surprise is as unbelievably rude as his staff and he gave his own store a five star review...can we say SHADY!!!
I shop around for my supplies and have never experienced such horrible customer service until I visited this place. I will never go back and I have spread the word to my friends and they are spreading the word to their connections as well.
If you are looking for top quality products, a helpful and knowledgeable staff..... LOOK ELSEWHERE because you will not get it at this store.

I just moved here in October and have been looking for a vape shop. My fiance found this store and we went to see it. I loved it! The people were very friendly. The store was very clean and they even have a fish tank! Definitely going to be shopping there more often.

I haven't been to the redwood location in a long time, and when I stopped in today I was very impressed with the setup and the employees! The young woman that assisted me with my purchase of a Nord was very helpful and very patient! I felt very comfortable with my visit today!

MANAGEMENT TELLS STAFF TO NOT WARRANTY THERE SALES
You did not honor your in store warranty your sales ass. stated she did not see anything wrong with the tank so she could not honor the 30 day warranty this was not her fault as she was directed by the manager to not honor the warranty instead she offered me 1/2 off the tank I originally came into buy when the manager (Alex) I think was the name IDK maybe it was you talked me into buying an aspire tank to stop the leaking issues instead of the smok big brother beast that my friend at work recommended.
So far as addressing any problems there is no problems with staff as they are being directed by the manager to not give any refunds.
This CURRENT problem was about 10 days after purchase well within the warranty period....again this is not the first time this happened to me or the people i vape with at work 2 of my friends had the same issue at your store I suggested they leave a review about it.
The problem as i see it is NOT the staff its mngt/owner related. You guys really cornered the market I wish I could have invested the money in a shop and right in front of a college....brilliant marketing.
I did come in with a tank with no damage this is exactly what your staff member said was the reason why she couldn't warranty it? there was no physical damage at all this wasn't what i observed this is what she said was the reason she couldn't warranty it....
All i wanted was to get the tank i original chose

Outstanding Customer Service! Well I was at the shop I saw a mother who had a child in here hands. Per the law she wasn’t able to bring the child inside the vape shop so the employees went outside to help her. How is it that a local vape shop has better customer service than a multi billion dollar company. Amazing ivape is the best vape shop in Utah.
