iVape SLC One Stop Vape Shop

A lot of the bigger vape stores have similar juice brands.The thing that stands out to me is when you walk into the door someone always if not multiple ppl say hello and remember you. Professional, clean, organized. Thats why I have been going for years.

iVape is by far the best shop I have ever been to. Best customer service. Best prices. Best products. I go out of my way to go there because every time I go somewhere else I regret it.

I always get the best service when I go here! I'm always greeted like I'm their best friend, and i will always go back. I have never once had a bad time there.

Literally the only place I go. Sad that they had to move but I love the new store. The people are great Alexis is awesome Chad is full of info and the owner is great.

Went about a week and had a great experience. The person recommended an itazte MVP, and even opened a box to show me the tank that was inside - a clearomizer 30S. When I got home and opened mine up it looked different. A look online showed it was a 30, not a 30s. It worked so I didnt' worry about it. $70 and a week later, and it wasn't working, so I thought I'd stop by and ask for help. I talked to a taller guy this time. He said it needed a new piece and they cost $2. But when he pulled it out, it didn't look like mine. I told him that and he said, "Well thats the one that come with it." It told him my story and how it looked different when I opened it. Then he said the same thing; "Well that's the one that come with it," but this time he said it about the other one. I was confused and said, "but I thought you said this was the one that comes with it." Without skipping a beat, he said, "If you're going to disrespect me you can get out of my store." I was shocked - at that point I was not angry in the least, just confused. I said, "I wasn't disrespecting you, I - " but he cut me off and said it again. This time something caught my ear - "my store." I said, "wait this is your store." He said "yes." I was going to argue that he had simply misunderstood my question, but when I realized he was the owner I also realized that I can only expect more of the same treatment, so I told him I'd never spend money there again and I left. I went to "Vapor" across the street, where they took the time to show me how to use it, and they opened the same model of itazte MVP to show me what it should look like - iVape took out one of the wicks (I had one, but there should have been two) and I saw that the tank was different. Also, the vanity ring was different. The woman said iVape has a reputation for taking out the good parts to sell individually and replacing them with cheap parts.She said they don't have a tobacco license so they will have to close next year and are trying to make as much money before then as they can. She also showed me how they use a razor blade to break the seal on the box so you cant tell when you buy it.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great atmosphere. This is my favorite place to shop for vape products.

Staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable due to local law you can no longer smoke samples at the bar inside but they are creating a patio and installing a saltwater fish tank inside.

Friendly people, great selection and plenty of flavor's.
They're there to help you as long as you ask. Also pretty decent pricing.
