Would rate this Zero if I could. Would.not recommend to anyone. I think most reviews are fake.

I already really like this store. It's nice inside with sanitizer everywhere with paper towels so you can just sit down and clean up your tank and change out your coil. Everyone is unbelievably knowledgeable and kind. I've yet to walk in and not have literally every person that works there say hello. Their prices are great and the fact that you can sit at the tasting bar to make sure your getting a juice you like is amazing.

Workers were very knowledgeable! Told an employee a flavor profile of juice I was searching for and without needing to look anything up and without any hesitation, she immediately had a handful of very good juices that matched exactly what I was looking for. Was very impressed. It's extremely annoying to walk into a shop and ask basic questions about things and have the employees looking at you like your speaking a different language. Or having to Google it each time you ask them "what flavor is this juice?" Because they literally have no idea what anything that they sell actually is. So needless to say, it was a breath of fresh air to have a person who vapes and who is knowledgeable about vaping products working at a vape shop haha oh and the selection of both vape gear and vape juice is quite impressive. They have something for everyone... whether you're brand new just getting into vaping, or you have been vaping for years and are a vaping veteran, or maybe you're somewhere in-between! Lol no matter what level you're at, they got something for you. I'd definitely check this place out.

Best shop in the valley. I bought my first setup here when quitting cigarettes, and the staff member who helped me was incredibly knowledgeable. He also didn't push pricey mods and tanks on me which I appreciate looking back on the interaction.

They have more juices from better brands than any shop I've found in Salt Lake City. I no longer live nearby, but I still make the drive out here when I have time to kill on a weekend. The same guy who helped me originally still works there, and I wish I knew his name so I could give him a shoutout.

Due to Utah's crazy laws, you can't try all the liquids inside like you used to, but you still can pay a buck to go out back and test as much juice as you'd like. You can also stay inside and smell them, which I wish all shops would allow. Opening 1 0mg bottle of every option for customers to smell separates this shop, and at least one other that I know of, from the rest. Other shops are fine when you know what you want, but come here if you're looking for something new. They will point you in the right direction.

Their rewards system also just got me a 60ml bottle of Buttermilk Pie (amazing, try it if you don't like fruity flavors) for almost nothing. 5 stars all around here.

The staff is always super helpful and make great suggestions. I have not been disappointed with my divices and juices.

I've been going to this store for 5 years. Still the best spot for me to get juice and vape gear. Chill, fun, and the staff are really good at answering any question that I have when it comes to possible future buys. I personally appreciate and respect the staff for the amazing environment that they provide for new and old customers.

Every time I walk in I am greeted by every single employee. All the employees are very knowledgeable and kind. I can sit there for 15 minutes trying to figure out what flavor I want and they will tell me what's in every single juice they have. I love going to this shop and would recommend it to anyone. They recently helped me fix a mod that I thought was past no return.

I love this place, Best Vape Shop in SLC hands down! The entire staff is super friendly and very helpful! They have an amazing array of Vape products and they are so helpful no matter your budget.
I Love that they have an outdoor tasting area where you can try all vape flavors and each of the staff takes turns and they always make great suggestions on flavors based on your likes and dislikes! Awesome place!! I'm sure it will reopen after Covid.

I was still really new to vaping and a gentleman by the name of Zane is the one who always ends up helping me and even though I was being that difficult customer asking a million questions, not once has he got impatient with me and is always willing to help, after doing a sub ohm tank I decided to try RDA’s and zen spent probably 30 minutes explaining different options and then after that helped me build my first RDA, I wasn’t happy with it so zen told me to come in and we will look at it, and when I did he tried it and agreed I had no flavor and so he ended up rebuilding my RDA for me and had me try a new flavor and it was so much better, that is customer service at its best, I won’t go anywhere else, not only that but when I did, they were way cheaper than others, at one shop my mod was 128 and IVape SLC it was only 90, these guys are the best, 100 percent recommend.

My husband and I are new to vaping. We spent about an hour there at the taste bar and deciding what equipment we wanted to buy. The staff was amazing! We felt very welcome and left 100% happy with our experience.
