Stoked to see these guys show up and honor good customer service. The staff is helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Had some issue but the management team and owner were easy to work with. I Will continue to shop here for A long time

I love this place but recently I bought some disposable bang xxl vapes and half of them didn't work. The guy who answered said I couldn't return them. Very disappointed. Also all the staff I have interacted with have been very kind except one young man that is always there. He seems like he hates his job and is quite rude everytime I go in. I'm pretty sure he's the one who told me I couldn't return the disposables. I bought them on 08/01. I never get a receipt when I go. Besides the one employee and the disposables this is really the best vape shop in the state I have ever been too.

Bought 2 vapes for 45. I wasn't told to try out the vapes in store first to see if they work. I wasn't given a receipt or asked if I wanted one.
I come back to replace a dead vape out of the box only to be told they will only give me a 20% discount.
To me this is on the employee not me for not informing me ahead of time about store policies.

I think it’s a very nice and friendly smoke shop. Savannah is amazing I always go to her for my pieces and juice choices. The store is very welcoming and they’re very patient. 10/10 recommend!!

I came into the Shop for my 1st time yesterday (Saturday) evening. I was greeted right away by a guy named Nevin. I didn't know much about some of the products I was inquiring about, but he helped me a ton w/all my crazy questions & provided answers that made me feel comfortable about my soon to be purchase. The store was clean, the staff was friendly. Definitely will come back & also recommend to any of my other friends. 👍🏻
