They managed to sell me not one but two defective products in one night. Called and asked about it and they said they simply have a no return policy. I am out over 100 and y’all lost a customer.

When I first visited HOV, I thought it was going to be a good place to get my vape products, but sadly, over the years, it has gone downhill. The staff seems bothered by my questions and shows a LOT of disregard. IT'S THEIR JOB!!! I needed a new vape and when I asked for advice, I was immediately pushed to buy the most expensive vape. When I inquired about less expensive vapes, the girl who was 'helping' me kept saying "I don't know". Seriously???? I've now been having issues with the coil in the vape I chose and OH MY GOD!!! I get told they don't have the coil I need but they'll order it in. I have been there 3 times and have received the same info. If you sell the vape, shouldn't you carry the coils????? Time to find a better shop. Don't waste your time like I have.

Usually a great experience and almost everyone is nice to me and super helpful expect for the girl with the Medusa tattoo on her arm. Every time I come in I’m met with a feeling of just not being welcome and an attitude. Kinda ruins my trip before I get there every time cuz I dread dealing with her.

This is a great place with great employees and was my go to for a long time. But recently the Esco Bars have been getting burned a couple days after purchasing. I used to be able to charge these three to four times before it tasted bad, but now they don’t last after one charge. Maybe it’s the cord I’m using, and it is not specifically HOV’s fault, but a partial refund or something would be nice for a $40 vape that lasts 2 days

The product selection is great.
The people though, are not.
Everytime I go , I'm met with this attitude. Then last time they charged me an extra 2 dollars to the product price citing "taxes", but the receipt had the taxes added. That vape pen burned after ONE charge, soo.
I don't care about the money. But the attitude is why I'm never going back.

The people here have been always nice and know their products. If you have a question about something, they are good at helping you. They also have a massive variety of products. I haven’t looked at everything because there is just too much to look at. Whatever you need is most likely here. This is a place that will be your favorite place to go to regularly. I stopped going to my other place because this is way better. They also have a rewards program and I find myself getting rewards frequently that I don’t know what to do with.
