Tonight was my 1st time there, let me say how cheap the prices are compared to other Vape shops I've been to. The prices on the juices cheap for what I have paid for smaller bottles elsewhere. The vape apparatus not sure proper term for it was cheaper than what I paid for a smaller one elsewhere. I live I San Antonio, but work in Austin this will be my permanent place to go. Thank to the guy who was there, he explained everything since I up from what I had before. Don't pay attention to any negative ratings. All my questions were answered step by step. The customer service was excellent

t want to go ahead and use my magic on this gem. These are some of the #greatest humans I have encountered and they inhabit a #rickandMorty #themed store. This is my home store for all #glass, #vapor. And random #enlightening conversation. They are #amazing individuals. I know most of the staff years in, and they will work with you on getting what you need. highly #recommend this as a city wide guide, this is the store you should be at. Ohhhh they are open till 10pm and have a treasure chest you can raid for all purchases. True visions of what #austinites should strive to be as #business owners.

Horrible waited 20 minutes for them to open at 11, even though they were in there knowing that we were waiting. Still not open at 11:05. I don't think management is the factor holding this smoke shop back from dominanting the game. It's their lack of customer service and timing. 11:00-10:00 what about the early morning hippies? If you opened @9:00 you'd not only corner the early bird market but would start dominating, when you know someone is outside waiting for you to open. You could open early, and gain mad respect, extra tips, and a top notch review. or just open on time....
