The atmosphere was really friendly and inviting upon entering vape USA I really like the floor plan it was open you were able to see everything and it smelled really good in there but vanilla is one of my favorite sense I spoke with the young man and the young lady that were there I was looking for CBD oil for pets and he was very knowledgeable he was able to help me find it and he also help assist me and how much I needed to give her so kudos I will be coming back.

By far the best vape shop in the hermitage area. Great prices, friendly/helpful staff, lots of selection. I would recommend this store to anyone!! I've been to all the local vape shops and Vape USA has them all beat.

Customer service is pathetic. Asked 3 different employees the same question on 3 different occasions and got 3 different answers. When you call no one answers the phone. Apparently they are very wealthy and do this for fun cuz it's obvious they do not care about my business.

I won't be back. The new help you guys have is very rude walked in right at 9:00 and the guy said they were closed but he was still hanging out with all his buddies. I probably spent $50 in here a week. Now I take my business down the street

Not always a 1 star untill today was a 4 the guy who works at night gets a 5 hes amazing but today we went in and guy working today wants to tell me everything is more then we normally pay for it adding 5 dollars to everything and was rude we r in this store once or twice a week buying ejuice or other things just bought 2 new mods here and everything then today this dude we wont be back we got our money back and went elsewhere this guy from today needs to go
