Bought a pack of backwoods from here. Every single wood in the pack was terrible. I have never in all my years buying backwoods been sold a pack this horrible. I called back less than 2 hours later to tell them the product they sold me was unacceptable. The employees did not seem to care the slightest. All I wanted was a new pack of 5 the first bunch wasn’t even smokeable. They refused to give me a new pack even with my receipt and were overall not helpful. Wouldn’t recommend anyone shop at this store.

So rude. No one had a mask on which was fine but they treated me bad for wearing one. When I walked in I thought you had to. There were 2 employees one was waiting on another customer and one was to cool for school to help me. They were just plain rude.

Dude didn't have what I needed in stock, tried upselling me on things I didn't need, bought something that I was told would fit and everything would work. Well that was a lie and the bangers are cheap quality quartz, cracked after 48hrs

I left one star because there’s no option for zero stars. I bought a bottle of eliquid that the guy described as being a scotch flavor. Unfortunately, there was no tester and I didn’t have my phone on me to look it up. When I was able to do so, I found that it was butterscotch and banana. Far from what I was told. When I tried to return/exchange the unopened bottle I had purchased less than 30 minutes prior, I was told “sorry man.” I’m out over $30. I will definitely not be back.

Good vape shop, they carry many different nicotine liquids, parts, etc and offer pretty competitive pricing.
The employees are pretty good about helping customers find what they need, but because of this it can take a while to get what you need if they are busy.

Awful customer service, they employ young rude individuals who care more about their ego than being appropriate with a customer on the phone. I was directly referred to the individual as the stores customer service rep by the owner, I was then referred to as bruh and was told it wasn’t their problem they’ve been lying to me on the phone and in person for weeks about a product they don’t carry and “how they’re gonna have it soon for me”. When I called to ask about it the employee was very rude and had an attitude when I asked when it would come in. He said he didn’t know and didn’t care. This is customer service at its worst, I’ve never been treated like this at either marleys or smoke token. Save your money and go somewhere that cares about their customers and the relationship they have with them. The owner said “he would call and check on it” basically he meant he wanted to get off the phone because his employee did something sour and he didn’t want to be confronted for it. A real disappointment all the way up the chain.
