Very weak offering compared to other vape shops in the area. The only ejuice sold here is house blend, period. There is about three dozen or so different flavors but all of them are sold at premium prices. Plenty of hardware to choose from but again, not the best prices. Although the employee was extremely professional, there wasn't the usual friendliness that comes from other stores in the area. This is not a lounge or a place to be social - This is a buy your stuff and move along kind of place. Frankly their house blends just aren't strong enough for me to return.

Love the selection and they let you try the juice before you buy it. Love my new espion solo. The price is very reasonable and the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. Been vaping for almost a week and haven't purchased a pack of cigs yet. This has actually kept money in my pocket and out of the tobacco companies. Love the Love potion flavor I'd rather smell like strawberries than a nasty cigarette any day. Thank you Avail!!😉

I have been to this store a total of four times. The first time I went, I went because I was interested in vaping, but was totally clueless about it. I wanted to purchase an Alien mod, but it wasn't available. Cool, what comparable products do you have? Admittedly, the CSR/vape expert got me a pretty decent mod, and I make the purchase, simultaneously asking questions any newbie would ask—what do I need, what juices would be best, etc. Admittedly, the CSR/vape expert answered some questions, however, when another person came in, he left and told me to look it up on YouTube.
I believe in being fair and giving chances, but after the next three experiences, and as much as I love some of their juices, I will not spend another dime there.
The second time, he was distracted, even though I was asking questions about the product, the tank, that leaked constantly. He told me it was nothing I had done, but it just 'happens'.
The third time, when I expressed that the problem was still occurring, he put his mouth on my drip tip, without asking, after he couldn't 'remove' the drip tip. Ugh. I later discovered that the tip was in fact, removable. He was turning in the wrong direction.
The final time, he was simply rude and abrasive. I know that sometimes people have bad days, and that people asking the same question over and over again can be frustrating, but talking over a customer is rude. The experience not only ticked me off, but my brother and sister as well.
I hope that if you decide to visit, that you have a much better experience than my family and I did.

I'd never owned a vape before, so I had no idea where to start. The staff took the time to help me find the vape that was best for me, and they were cool and professional. Nice looking place, too.
