Nice looking store and associate was very helpful, but the prices were outrageous for store branded juices. $28 for 60ml of store brand juice? And they charged me $1 to try out difderent flavors! I will stick with my regular shop that has great prices and never charges to sample new flavors.

I've never vaped before but the staff was extremely helpful helping me to find exactly what I needed to get started! Amanda and Frank suggested a good starter device and told me about others that I could try down the road. The flavor selection of juices is pretty cool too. Amanda even recommended one of her favorites. Thanks for the great service! I love my purchase and will definitely be back soon!

Went in to buy some vape products and gave the woman my legitimate SCANNABLE military issued ID and she refused me service and told me I couldn’t even be in the store with that ID saying it wasn’t valid. I’m extremely disgusted that she claimed my military ID wasn’t valid without even attempting to scan or check the system. clearly military members aren’t welcome in this store and I’ll be sure to tell all my friends and co workers about this incident. This store deserves no money from anyone in the service and their prices are highway robbery. It’s nice knowing they hardly get business anyways!

Staff is always knowledgeable and very friendly. Offers free samples for those that sign up for an Avail Life account which is only $1. Great juices and offers a nice array of tanks and mods from many different retailers.

I have been going to Avail in Lexington South Carolina ever since they opened. They have a new employee named Kaylyn she has been working there for awhile. She has the best customer service and work ethic I have seen in s very long time. From the time you walk in the door she very polite and helps you in anyway she can. I hope the owner of this store and corporate know what a awesome employee they have. My wife and I will be going to This Avail store as long as they keep employees like Kaylyn staffed there. Great job Kaylyn keep up the great job you do for your customers. If you are looking for vape juices or equipment you won’t be disappointed if you go to her store..

This is the only place I buy fluid from. They have everything you can imagine. The people are super nice and helpful. I wish I had brought my tank from them because they some awesome designed tanks too. I wish the bottles were bigger for a better price. The small bottles I buy I go through in a matter of days.

I bought my vape there a few months ago and the young lady that sold it to me was so helpful. A couple days ago I dropped and broke the tank. I took it up there to get a replacement, thinking I was unprepared to pay for it right then, but oh well. To my surprise she pulled out a pair of pliers and tried to fix it. After several minutes I tell her I'll just buy another and thank you very much for your time. she tells me they don't currently have it in stock but to give her just a min she would be right back. She brings me a tank from the back that fits the coils I just bought but has 3x the capacity as the original. I asked her how much, already thrilled, she just shook her head smiled and said it was part of a rig they had to damage and it had just been waiting for me to come get it. I had the worst day, and breaking my vape was the icing on the crappy cake but that made my day. They have a forever customer here. They could have just used the opportunity to up sell me something but they didn't. She made sure I walked out happy with my business there, and they always do.

The staff here knows what they are talking about and are super helpful. I live about 20 minutes from this location and I choose this one over any of the others. Their selection of juice is amazing. Such great, smooth flavors. I will continue to go here(:

The juice is good but very expensive. Most of the staff is good and kowledgable. Great tasting section so you can try before you buy the different flavors.
Update 6/19/17: I recently purchased a new mod and within 2 weeks it broke, I went in and got another mod and the same thing happened again. Two different brands both manufacturer defects. Both times I went in the staff apologized for the issue and credited me the full amount of the mod forwards another one of my choosing. It was a very good experience in customer service and as a result I will purchase all future vape related products from this store.

This place is beautiful. Big selection to choose from and a friendly staff will help you and answer all your questions. I was looking for a gift and knew nothing about vape and they helped me select the right one and she loved it. Thanks guys!
