I wanted the purple one, they're about 80 bucks new. They had one that had been the tester and display in their other store. They had none NIB. Like ALL people, I handled THE TESTER to get a feel for weight, etc.
They wanted to sell this to me at full price....everybody knows open box is at least a 10% discount....
Just like that, a new customer was lost....too bad, because in the two months since hubby and I switched to vaping, we've spent several hundred. Sorry, but I'm not sorry. Dont sell me your display as new...its not.

While I have seen AVAIL Vapor for years, this is the first time I have ever stopped in. From even before I stepped in the door (Casey was outside), I was met with a warm genuine greeting and a plethora of knowledge. Casey, the young lady who was my primary salesperson, was a powerhouse. Genuine, caring, and incredibly knowledgeable, I am pretty sure this woman could have sold me the store and I would not have asked questions. I described what I was looking for, how I always find myself disappointed with e-cigs, my goal of smoking cessation, and my previous failures. Without hesitation, Casey set me on the current course. From a vape, to the flavors, to proper maintenance of this device, even asking if I was eligible for certain discounts, she was amazing. If you are looking for a high quality, personalized experience and decent prices, certainly check this place out.

When it comes to the staff they're they're great and very knowledgeable. Some of the juices are good but the prices are super high for such a little bottle and NOT worth it. Their mods however are well worth it. I won't buy juice from here. Anything else I would.

The place looks nice on the inside. But I guess that's because the prices are insane. Nearly $30 for a 60ml bottle of juice. Come on guys an entire gallon of vegetable glycerin (the main component of juice) is only $24. An entire liter of 1000mg/ml nicotine is only $22 and the raw flavors to make the stuff is only a few bucks. I could order the materials to make the same juices for about the same price as 1 bottle of your products but it will last me 4 years. Get it together you're not selling liquid gold.

Been a customer for nearly 2 years and can't really complain. They have a great selection of ejuices, and i like how you earn points for later discounts. very knowledgeable staff, but can be a little standoffish till you start asking questions. Helped my with an online issuses. Its was fixed instore, with no problems.

Last night was my first time visiting AVAIL Vapor. We walked in a few minutes before closing time and Michael was still willing to help us and was very accommodating. He was very knowledgeable about the products and spent the time to educate me. I really enjoyed coming here and even came the next day. Thank you to AVAIL Vapors for hiring a staff with amazing customer service. And the store is beautiful!

Tyler was great! What a beautiful and well stocked shop. I use a Geekvape Flint and was excited to see they carry the coils for it. I just moved from Charlotte where none of the shops carried them and I’m glad I won’t have to order them online anymore. The prices on coils and liquids by far beat out the stores I’m used to.

I had a great experience my 1st time in the Lexington store. I believe the workers name was Tyler, he was very helpful and recommended some great flavors of juice and was very knowledgeable on the coils I was looking for. Will definitely be going back.
