Every time I’ve gone here I’ve ended up with a counterfeit vape which is very common now in Reno/Sparks!! I’m done wasting my money on something that burns out in a day when it should last at-least a week and half to 2 weeks! Quite mixing in real ones with counterfeits!!!

Bought a defect vape device, came back next day to exchange they pointed to a sign OUT OF SIGHT that said no refunds or exchanges. I didn’t even use it once. Took it out of box and internals were rattling. Not a good experience. Test everything before you pay at this place!

Prices are reasonable. The place is immaculate, very clean but the staff... some are down right rude, uninterested or unprofessional. Others, exceptional service and knowledge. Just depends on who is working. If you have a problem with a transaction, good luck! Managers appear not to have any authority to rectify issues and retain customers.
