Never had a bad experience there, staff has always been polite and have shown courtesy towards me. Cloud9 is my to go shop for all things vape. I will shop there any time.

I bought a couple of Smok Solus 2 devices from them about 6 weeks ago. When I bought the devices I asked if they stock the coils and the gentleman who sold them to us said oh yeah we sell supplies for all of our products. I went back about 2 weeks later and they had zero coils for the device. I've called almost every week since and every time they tell me on the phone that they don't have any coils for it and they can never tell me when they will get them. I asked if they had actually been ordered or not and they couldn't even tell me that. They have never once asked me for my contact information when I've called to let me know when they actually come in. This is why people buy this stuff off the internet instead of going to a local store.

Employees at the desk knew exactly what I needed for a scale, found me one in a color I liked very quickly while also having a pleasant conversation about the fall of Overwatch 2 and how microtransactions are ruining games.

Very friendly staff, lots of knowledge about products. Great place to find your needs.

I stopped going to other places and will drive across town to get the right stuff with great service...this is how you run a vape shop.

The ladies Friday nights make it so inviting to come into the store always smiling and happy once you step thru the door. Highly recommend this place.

They have a huge selection of delta 8 THC products, which is nice being it's getting hard to find. Unfortunately the store is so packed you can barely walk around without running into something.

This is the best, friendliest head shop in town. I live all the way in south reno and travel all the way across town to use this shop. Definitely my favorite by far.

First impression.: Wow, they have such a great selection of products! However, no one said hi when I walked in despite of not having any other customers in the store. I was looking for a specific item which was not available and instead of the clerk providing help with options, offered no assistance and made me feel rushed when I couldn’t decide. It’s a bummer to lose a customer based on an employee’s awful customer service and impatient attitude. I will not be back!

Owner is sick with fever and came into work. Got everyone else sick and claims it wasn't him they got from! Won't let anybody get tested!

Imagine supporting a small business during a pandemic and you don’t look out for your employees health and safety of the community by being selfish and coming into work sick. The. Following that up with disapproval when they are the responsible ones by not going into work to spread the illness to the general public. Disgusting business practices. Do not support this business if you have any morals.

The best vape shop in the valleys easily. Great inventory, knowledgeable staff and fair pricing.

Updated review!!!!!!! Please read customers!!!!!!!!! I use to have a great experience with Nancy the manager of the store. As of the last 2 days I’ve been trying to return a defective vape device and the exact same manage is refusing a refund yet causing me of stealing even though I have a receipt. I called the next day for an owner number/ higher up number and she proceeded yo cuss me out and belittle me. Was a huge supporter of this store until 2 days ago. Spent a lot of money and it’s not ok for customers to be treated this way. I’m at a loss of 120$ after 2 days of a defective device!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very clean and well lit with lots of quality glass. Their employee Liam helped with my purchase and had lots of info and jokes!

I love this store, the staff is really nice and they have the best glass selection I've seen since Haight St.
