But my advice if the little blonde girl is working turn around and walk right back out like I do now!"

I,ve been in to this shop twice now! the gal awhile back was just rude. went again other day some goofy tall guy was working I,ve been looking at a product its a honey badger vape. asked what there selling theres for and totally ignored and moved past my question 3 times! will never go back. with lack of customer skills i sure hope these where not owners! fyi i had to give one star for review

I love Gandalf's especially at Seaside! Not only do they have great glass selections, but they have a fun store just to check things out and parooz around. I got a rose quartz bracelet, and a colorful pipe that I get lots of compliments on, Thank You Gandalf's!

This is the only smoke shop that has the pipe tobacco I have come to love. The prices are right for the quality products they have, and the staff are the friendliest most generous helpful people I've ever met. This shop will honestly be the only one I go to now. Thank you guys! You rock!

Called in to ask if I could exchange a vape pen that stopped working, it was the second pen that had the same problems. Dude on phone instantly blames me and says that I’m “just not happy with the product, because the first one worked”!!! This store calling me a liar, f*#! this shop. I will never return!

The return policy is terrible. The manager sold me incorrect parts and refused a refund when I asked him to correct his mistake. He refused. Nice selection of glass and incense, but I won't be back.
