The commenter below, Jason Pyktel was asked to leave Henry's because he was becoming hostile to the owner and employees. I am an employee and a customer had to turn around and ask Jason to settle down. We let everybody try the juices they need to make their experience the best. When a customer comes in daily and admits they are not going to buy anything, they just want to sit and vape the testers after hours, we have to draw the line somewhere. Also, we do builds for people, however, when a customer wants something specific and has not been pleased on any occasion of coming in, it makes it difficult (even after the first bad review) to feel comfortable doing a build. We, in fact, after the first bad review still spent 45 minutes showing how to build the mod that wasn't even purchased at Henry's. When you came in a few days later for another build and the person you wanted wasn't there, we explained why it's difficult to make the "perfect" build for you. I would like you to know, I too, have a disability and your behavior that day affected me very poorly. We have been nothing but good to you. As I look at your profile, I am going to say a couple of things. Henry's is known for their amazing customer service. Henry and Aren have gone to extremes to make you happy. I must call a spade a spade. Every review that has been done by you is poor. Perhaps you are the common denominator.

awesome people, my first time there they accepted me with great hospitality, I got great treatment. Didn't have my mod on me, they even provided me with a mod to try juices... 5 stars all the way.

Henry's has been out of my flavor in the nicotine mg. I prefer 4 out of 5 of my last visits. The staff tries to talk me into different nicotine concentrations instead of ordering more of a strength they repeatedly run out of. Today they sold me omega liquid instead of the Al Capone I like. They claimed it was 80% v.g. , it is not. The label clearly states the first ingredient is propylene glycol. I brought in a bottle of vegetable glycerine and propylene glycol to show them the viscosity side by side. They have no clue. I showed them two products they sell to illustrate differences in thicknesses, still vacant looks, and reiterating some misinformation from an imaginary web site. They have no clue and can not be taught. Order on line and avoid Henry's Vape

They are only after the quick sale. Customer service was abysmal at very best. Sold me a product covered with dust, she claimed they just got in. Will never return and will never recommend.

The best vape shop in Oregon by far. I travel over an hour every week passing many vape shops along the way. Thier selection, prices and customer service is what makes all the difference.

Being new to Vaping, Bryan ( or Brian ) was quite patient n helpful in working with me pick up a suitable e-cig for "not so heavy smoker" like me. It's a place I will surely go back to.

On a road trip, vape broke and ran out of juice. These guys were super helpful and friendly, and they had a great selection of products. Definitely worth a visit.

I like this place. It is a bit on the expensive side but one gets what they pay for. Always liked the juice they recommend and never have had to wait due to lack of staffing like other vape shops.
