We were sold a defective Juul device. Does not charge or work. We brought it in to get it exchanged for a working one the day after and we’re told no and to contact Juul. Terrible way to treat a customer. You should exchange the defective product and then contact Juul as the business. Owner, please contact immediately.

Only vape store I will go to, staff is always friendly and answers all and any questions. Had an issue once and went and they resolved the issue within 5 minutes. Couldn't ask for a better spot

Knowledgable staff, polite and patient. Me being new to this they took the time to explain to me all options and not just the most expensive ones but really broke down all options. And let me try the one that best suited me. The prices are a little higher than other shops but it worth the price for the product and service provided.

Great help, even though there was more expensive mods he could have sold me he suggested options he would go for. He set me up with a new mod kit and flavors and told me how to set it up I was in and out in Less then 10 minutes great help thank you!

I went here to buy my first box mod. I paid double the price I would have paid online because I figured if something went wrong they would help me out and I wanted that extra service. Well, sure enough the screen on my smok alien died only two weeks after purchase (it seems as though it was a bad batch, it's happening to a bunch of aliens right now). I went back into the shop expecting them to help me out. The guy behind the counter was awesome as usual, just doing his job, and told me there was no way the owner would replace it for me because it would mean he would need to eat the entire cost. Sorry, but if you sell someone a faulty device at DOUBLE its value, you need to shoulder the cost. This is just bad business. You've now lost a would-be loyal customer. I'm only giving one star because the bearded fellow behind the counter is always cool and helped me with information i'd need to send it in to the manufacturer. I won't get it back from the manufacturer for months because everyone's having the same problem so now I need to buy a new device in the meantime and i'm sure as hell not spending any more money here.
