Had a bad experience at first with the first guy, came back the next day and we dealt with Jalen and he was great!! Super nice guy and he helped us so much! Great customer service and helped us get set up with everything!!!! Jalen is the best!!! Best vape shop in town for sure!

I walked in knowing very little about vaping in general and these guys (who were extremely knowledgeable yet didn’t flaunt it) managed to get me up to speed and ready to rock in less than 15 mins with the perfect setup I had envisioned (at a decent rate, to boot) so I would absolutely recommend this shop to both to new folks and experienced vape enthusiasts!

I’ve been coming here for a while. Mostly good experiences. I’ve been buying the berry blend Naked brand vape juice from the same guy for a while. I went in recently to buy another bottle, he pulls the menthol bottle off the shelf. I had no idea it was the berry menthol. I didn’t realize it until I vaped it. Tried to go back to exchange within an hour, told me they can’t do that, even though it was the exact same guy who sold it to me. In my retail experience, if a regular, valued customer needs to exchange something because of a mistake the employee made, you exchange it. They lost my business.
