I'm serious about good business that I care about. Can't be clearer than that. The Sherpa are a very spiritual people; they are practitioners of Chi. You don't summit Everest with no oxygen unless you're from Nepal, where the masterful ascension of the tallest mountain in the world is more or less child's play for these good folks.
