I went in there about an hour ago and bought a hyde, I opened it when I left and it was defective and would not work. I asked him if I could just switch it out for a new one that actually works and he told me there was nothing he could do al sales are final with a smile on his face. Don’t waste your money here!

2 weeks ago I went in for vape pen for my cartridges, he up sold me to a $32 one. I charged twice in 10 days and it no longer worked. I went back 3 days ago and got a $20 one. Charged once. They seem to be selling sub standard stuff.

I like the prices there. However, we got disciplined the entire visit. From dont lean on the counter to dont take a book of matches with the cigarettes we just bought. We were told that the matches are for cigars only and the matches are not free

HORRIBLE OWNER/EMPLOYEES!!!!!!!!! Selling USED Hydes and refusing to exchange LITERALLY ONE MIN AFTER PURCHASE. Hadn't even left the store when my husband opened and tried using his Hyde. It was used/dead and they would not do anything but yell and swear at us for requesting an exchange for one that worked. I could see if we had left and came back a while later, but we hadn't even left the store. If I could rate below a one star, I would.
