Terrible experience would give negative stores if I could. I purchased and Item from the store. Soon as I got to my car after purchase my item was broken and did not work. Husband went back in the store was told nothing can be done. Was not given a receipt was not told to check it in the store. Was not told the policy of no exchanges or returns on any purchases. Called the store was spoken to extremely disrespectful by the employee. When I told him he did not inform myself or husband on the policies or give us the reciept. He hung up on me. I have been coming to the store for over a year now never have I ever had such a disrespectful experience. I wil no longer be a customer at this store. I will be taking my business else where.

TRY BEFORE YOU BUY!!!!! I recently bought 2 vapes from this shop, fresh box opened for me. Get home, neither of them work. Went back the next day and they refused to refund me without “proof” I got them from their store. Highly don’t recommend, I will steer anyone and everyone I know away from this place! Bad business!

This place hands down has the best management and employees! The vibe in there is always awesome and everyone is always so nice. They have amazing deals always going as well

The guys that work here could not be more friendly. They are always extremely helpful and very polite. The owner is also a very nice man two thumbs way up

I love this store! its got the best prices in the area, the service is fantastic, and the store is fairly clean and an amazingly huge selection of products. Ive been going to this store for years, and before that I used to go to Raven Vape but it was too overpriced. The vape stores in the area are afraid of their competition with this store. Ive been to almost everywhere else in the state, nowhere else compares to here

The guy In there who was helping me didn't exactly come off ultra friendly.
It set my anxiety off a little when I was trying to pick somethimg out and he wouldn't let me hold more than one glass item at a time to compare.
I mean I get it, but it still made me feel a little uneasy.
He was acting like he just wanted me to get done already and be on my way out the door.
I feel like my new Pipe was average priced for what I got.

I just stopped in there to check out the products and potentially purchase some things. Well after a little bit of time not gonna lie I looked at quite a few items. But how do you know if you want something if you’ve never physically checked it out right?! Well the owner I believe kept asking me if I was going to buy whatever I was looking at and I politely responded that I was just looking. Well apparently you’re not allowed to look at things before you purchase them at this store because he was very very rude and told me I needed to leave that I had been there too long and not purchased anything. I would highly recommend anyone and everyone to not waste your time and or money at this place. Completely rude and no customer service skills

I bought an Elfbar vape from Tilton Tobacco, Smoke & Vape Shop and opened it later that night and the liquid had leaked from the device and was hardened all over the outside of the device. I went back the next morning less than 24 hours later and they were unwilling to do anything to compensate me for the defective product they sold me. There is another shop a few doors down Raven that I would recommend.

always has what im after, and always the cheapest prices. Employees are super friendly and helpful. 11/10 vape shop.

by far the worst store I've ever been in I'll walk the extra 10 feet to raven where they know what they are talking about and they are store is actually clean and dosnt smell like spoiled kimchi
