I had the worst experience here. The guy with the red hair he literally acting like he’s on vacation talking to the customers. I understand customer service but when you have other customers at least be considerate. I’m never going here again. I will spend my money elsewhere!!

I've been coming to this location for about 6 months now and the staff are always super professional and helpful. They have great juice, especially if you take advantage of their weekly bogo deal. I don't know any other place that sells 240ml of high quality juice for $20!

My name is Ryan, and I had recently made a purchase of a hells gate unregulated box mod (89$), five 120 ml bottles of fluid (100$), two rolls of wire (20$), two sets of batteries (44$) (total: four bat) and the charger (45). That is a 300 dollar purchase before tax and tips (regrettably) in a 2 week period. So when the button on the hells gate mod I purchased stopped working (due to it being stuck) I had faith in the nice people I worked with while making my purchase to be just as cheer full in resolving the situation as they were to take my money. Sadly, this was not the case. Instead what I received was policy reminder of 15 days on returns and that I had exceeded it by 5 days (3 days in reality). 15 days is good time to know if you like something, or a cash back policy, but the product breaking is unreasonable. In fact I didn’t want my money back I wanted a unit that would work. I explained I honestly felt that it was bad luck with that one box mod and still wanted the same product as well was willing to work with them and pay half or at cost so it wasn’t a loss on their end (money wasn’t a factor, principle is). Still today I can’t get any understanding or help due to this policy wall. In many cases I can see people would try to take advantage of a brick and mortar store it happens all too often but anyone with a brain trained better then to just stand behind a counter would be able to see this situation for what it is. I really thought this place was different, but it seems oasis is just another small start success gone corporate, now only in it to line their pockets with your money.
This is the impression I get from what I have seen so far if anyone within the company is willing to work with me on this I will be more than happy to remove this rating and leave a positive feedback for the company.

I have been to this shop multiple times this past 2 years. They have been kind clean and helpful each time. Today we bought raw papers , water pipes , and a sweet matio dab kit with the help of steve. Tomorrow we plan to go get a puffco .

I've never had a problem with Oasis. I am actually headed there this morning to purchase a new coil for my unit. I have been reading all of the other reviews and hope that I do not receive any of the service that others might have received. I have never had an issue with anyone at oasis and I hope it continues to be that way. Their juices are a little weak after a few days or so but I hope to find one that does not lose its potency. The prices are affordable, but I hear that other's might be more worthwhile! I'll let you all know how my trip goes today! I wonder if they know about secret shopper's? Lol

Upsell, upsell, upsell! That’s my immediate reaction walking into this place for the first time in many years. The employees were definitely Nice and friendly, but were constantly distracted or not focused on getting my purchase done! Then it’s all about the “better product”. I walked in just for juice as I had just ran out and my usual shops were closed, ended up spending double the amount I intended to pay due to constant nagging to “get this product because it’s better” or “we have this super amazing deal going on, that you can’t miss”. I’ve been using the same mod, coils, tanks and atomizers, etc for years without an issue, and now I feel like I’ve been forced into a product that I’ve never heard of and am expected to love it. I told the sales rep multiple times no, it was constant upsell on EVERYTHING that forced me to pay much more than expected. The juice is okay. Not the best but also not the worst I’ve experienced before with other places.

People here are complaining about customer service not being instantaneous and how they're not treated like kings and queens. The world doesn't revolve around you.

Pros:
-Juice is of decent quality, and priced very competitively ($16 for 120mL)
-Customer service for me has been very good. Upbeat employees and highly personal service.
-Good selection of products with decent pricing
-Free coil builds!

Cons:
-Nicotine is a little rough. Not sure if steeping will help or if the nicotine is just that rough. Either way, juice quality makes up for it.

This is my go to hands down. They have specials on juice and a multitude of coils and equipment. Always a friendly 😃 or in this case a mask to greet you. Stop in you won't be disappointed
