My wife and I have been going to this place for a couple years now. I have been in management for over 20 years and I can attest to these guys customer service skills. Every single time we go in we are made to feel welcome. The two managers there always go above and beyond to help us or make small talk with us. Which means a lot to us. Since they made the move to the bigger store, they added a glass section. Since my wife is a medical patient it really made her happy. I really cannot say enough good things about this place. Great job guys. I know if the managers worked for me I would definitely look into some possible raise increases. The store seems to run professionally. The really take the time to care. Keep up the good work fellas.

This place was absolutely awesome! I was visiting from California and was worried they wouldn’t have what I needed but they had what I wanted and even more. The prices are great and the variety of products is great. I recommend having Steven help you since he is so friendly and really has his vape knowledge down! Thank you so much Oasis, I will definitely be coming back.

I would like to thank the manager at Oasis. He was very knowledgeable and polite and extremely customer service oriented. I had bought a mod that I really didn't care for after trying out for a few days, and he made it right. He educated me on alot of products and different vape juice and got me a product that I wanted and im very happy with this purchase and I do recommend Oasis smoke shop to all who want a great vape experience.

Friendly staff always willing to start conversations and make you feel comfortable enough asking questions, and the shop was really clean! Nick and Steve? I believe, were the two people that helped me when I was looking for a nice pipe for my mom's birthday! overall it felt like a welcoming environment.

Excellent shop!! Have been coming here for a couple years and it's nice to walk in and be recognized as a valued customer. I have always seen the staff treat everyone with the utmost respect.. just as you should be treated as a customer! I had been a customer of another local shop before coming here and am so glad I made the switch. The house blends at Oasis are fantastic! No other local shops even compare!!

I usually go to the smoke shop 1-2 times a week. Oasis has a good selection of vapes, but the employees aren’t very friendly. I used to only shop here but I’ve switched to Mix N Mojo across the street. They still have a good selection but more importantly they treat you better. Rather spend my money elsewhere.
