This place is ASWESOME!!!!!!!! They give you what you want, they take the time to go over details of what you want and how everything works on the mod that you want to get. Knuckle Dusters is a great place to get a new mod or the perfect juice that you are looking for. What ever you need that have ot if they don't witch is unlikely they will order it for you.
I went in today and didn't know what flavor of juice I wanted but I knew what I wanted it to taste like, gave them a few details I got to try one of the guys picked out and he hit it on the nose, I tried it, lived it, and took it home. Their prices are reasonable and they don't give you any bull**** and the most important thing......... they just sell mods everyone that works there is very knowledgeable about what they are selling and I think that is great! I will keep coming back for all of my mod needs.

Knuckle Dusters was the first vape shop I ever went to when I quit smoking cigarettes a couple of months ago. I came because of their high rating and they are definitely the best vape shop in Reno. One of the guys suggested a flavor (Castle Long, coconut, vanilla, something else and bourbon) and now everything else tastes like garbage. They have a couple flavors .I love but my favorite thing is how helpful they are (they use to change my coils when I didn't know how), they always remember what I like and today I got a $10 voucher for being a regular. Seriously, if you haven't been here yet, you're really missing out. They're a little more expensive but SO worth it, I'd rather pay a couple extra dollars for juice i love than save a few bucks on juice that makes me sick. Once you've tried their recommendations (they are incredibly knowledgeable and all you have to do is tell them what you like and they know exactly what choices you have) everything else is so below par. Thank you for fixing my mod twice rather than trying to sell me a new for throwing in discounts and for being the very best shop. 10 out of 5 stars!

These folks rule! The whole Knuckledusters family is great. They have been my only shop for a very long time. The people are great & fairest prices and greatest selection of juice and Vape toys all authentic. If there was another star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ By far the “Best of Reno”

I love this place! Every time I go in they are extremely helpful and friendly. They dont talk down to you like other vape shops and they dont try making themselves sou d smart by spitting out a bunch of stats about the mods that I have no idea about. I was recommended this place by a friend and I am so happy I took that advice. I'm never going to another Cape shop....I mean really how many places can you get good service AND see a full grown man in a rub er ducky shirt?

Went in with no ideas as I had previously only really bought what looked good, usually Smok. Ended up with a new mod I probably wouldn't have picked up, new juice thats punchy as anything I've tried to date, and experienced some of the best customer service in a vape shop yet. I will most definitely be back.

Love everything about it! If you tell them what flavor of ejuice you like they will hand pick a variety for you from their 2 full walls of juice & they carry coils that nobody else in Reno does. Want a new mod? They'll help you pick the right one because of their knowledge of them all! The guys that work in there are awesome! They get a solid 10/10! I've gone in with issues & they always resolve them! You want it? They've got it! Highly recommend Knuckledusters!

Amazing customer service. They take the time to explain, especially to someone like me who is just starting out. The guy that helped me was not rude or in no way made me feel rushed. I would recommend this place to anyone. They have a huge selection of everything!!! I have no need to go to any other shop in Reno. They have my business.
